What is the easiest way to see my savings?
The easiest way is to add everything you want to your cart and head to checkout. All applicable discounts will automatically appear and be applied on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
Can I get my ordered delivered for the sales event?
Yes! Delivery is available within Calgary for a flat fee of $25. Sales events do not qualify for free delivery, but we offer free delivery on orders over $150 throughout the year. Alternatively, you can pick up your order for free at our Britannia or Bowness locations.
Why can't i see my astro account?
To view and access Astro deals, you must be logged into your Astro account. Simply connect your Astro loyalty account by clicking on the red icon that says “Connect Astro Loyalty Account.”
Once you’re logged in, you will be able to see any frequent buyer cards or offers that apply to your account.
