Exchange & Return Policy

Return Policy (Exchanges Only)

Unused and unopened merchandise with original tags and packaging can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store/website credit. Sorry, we do not issue refunds. Products must be in original mint condition with original tags attached and proof of purchase. Exchanges must be made in person or the items can be shipped back to our Bowness location (the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges). Exchanges cannot be made through our delivery service.

Final sale on the following:

  • Sale and/or clearance items
  • Raw food items
  • Carriers, beds, and blankets are all final sale and cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns
  • Opened packages of product
  • Custom orders
  • Special orders
  • Seasonal items (Christmas, Halloween, etc)

Online Returns/Website Only Items

If you need to exchange your online purchase, we will happily exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt. The items must have original tags and be in unused condition for store/website credit. Once we receive the returned merchandise and required information, we will process the exchange or credit. Refunds cannot be issued. Shipping charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Apparel is mainly available through our website, with a limited number of stock in stores. If you need an exchange, please email us at hello@petbakery.ca to start your return process. Please include your order number. If you want to exchange sizes or website credit, merchandise must have original tags and be in unused condition. Dry Food Guarantee Policy

Dry food can be exchanged for store credit or exchange, no refunds. The customer MUST have the original packaging, receipt, and a minimum of 80% of the original product. We do not accept open food in plastic bags or boxes.
